Description: 

Office Manager - in all aspects of daily office operation including but not limited to - sales, order processing, processing payroll, and other administrative work assigned by the Office Manager.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS*

  • Direct incoming sales and support calls
  • Maintain good relationships with existing customers
  • Maintain records and data for all sales orders
  • Product delivery and delivery tracking
  • Prepare commercial invoices and send to client
  • Payment tracking and collection
  • Inventory control
  • All other tasks assigned by the office manager

PREPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • 1-3 years of related experience; new graduates welcomed
  • Knowledge of Office applications
  • Good command of written and oral English
  • Ability to learn
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to organize effectively

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Normal office environment
  • Full-time or part-time
