  • Produce engineering strategy incorporating component types, sizes, and weights, to enable estimating, structural analysis and CAD to accurately price and incorporate into the manufacturing, logistics, and installation strategy;
  • Be hands on in developing CAD level drawings for fabrication and BOM packages to our suppliers.
  • Proactively manage internal and external partner relationships during delivery, and any design changes to effectively manage expectations and maintain long-term relationships;
  • Plan strategies for the development of designs and products that are on schedule and on budget. Monitor and verify component cost targets to continuously improve cost reduction.
  • Work closely with Construction, Supply Chain, Systems, and Design teams to track and analyze as-built project performance through root cause analysis, and provide feedback to appropriate teams for continuous improvement and learning;
  • Develop, manage and oversee component technical documentation and implementation planning;
